Request information from Nashville Children's Theatre (NCT Drama School)

This is a request for information, not an application. No place or intake is checked or confirmed.

For a class for children or teens, this form must be completed by a parent or guardian. Please do not enter a child's details: give your own name and e-mail. We do not create profiles for young people or pass messages between minors and providers.
