Corrections
Fees, schedules and audition cycles change, and we make mistakes. This is how errors are reported, reviewed and fixed.
Report an error
Use the correction form, or the “Suggest a correction” link at the bottom of any school or program page, which fills in the page for you. Tell us what is wrong and, if you can, link the official page that shows the correct information.
How corrections are reviewed
- Every report is stored and reviewed by an editor. Nothing is changed automatically.
- We change a fact only when an official source supports the new value. The source and its date are recorded with the fact.
- Updates from a school representative are reviewed the same way. Representatives are verified first (see claim profile), and they cannot change verification status, recognition, editorial selections or the order of any list.
- When a provider closes or a program is withdrawn, the listing is archived rather than left in place.
What we will not do
We do not remove accurate, sourced facts because a provider would prefer them hidden, and we do not add claims that a source does not support, such as guaranteed agents or casting.
Record of changes
Every editorial change is written to an internal audit log with the editor, the date and the before and after values. Each public page shows the date its facts were last checked.
